As a Fitness Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential members and a key player in growing our community. This role combines front desk responsibilities, lead generation, and strong sales focus in a fun and fitness-forward atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
- Perform sales tours and enroll new members.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and set appointments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the studio.
- Update daily goal boards and participate in sales challenges.
- Support social media and community outreach efforts.
We’re Looking For:
- Passion for fitness and helping others.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
