About Us:
HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers virtually instructed workouts in a variety of infrared saunas. Our mission is to help members achieve their fitness goals through efficient, cutting-edge workouts in a supportive, empowering environment.

Position Overview:
As a Fitness Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential members and a key player in growing our community. This role combines front desk responsibilities, lead generation, and strong sales focus in a fun and fitness-forward atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
Perform sales tours and enroll new members.
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and set appointments.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the studio.
Update daily goal boards and participate in sales challenges.
Support social media and community outreach efforts.

We’re Looking For:

Passion for fitness and helping others.
Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
